Apat na pirma na lang ang kulang para mabawi ang pagpapaaresto ng Senado kay Pastor Apollo Quiboloy. Pero ang Interpol, pwede nang mag-isyu ng red notice laban sa kanya matapos ipa-unseal ng hukom sa Amerika ang arrest warrant para sa mga kaso niya roon.

00:03 Four members of the Senate Committee on Women and Children have signed to repeal the arrest of Pastor Apolo Quibuloy.

00:10 Eight members of the committee need to sign to overturn the decision of Committee Chair Senator Risa Hontiveros to cite and contempt Quibuloy

00:19 for his continued interference in the investigation of the Senate on his alleged abuse of several members of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

00:27 Senator Robin Padilla, Aimee Marcos, Cynthia Villar, and Bong Go have already signed.

01:36 Padilla thinks that Senator Coco Pimentel, the Senate Minority Leader, will not sign, especially now that Hontiveros will have a motion of contempt.

01:44 While Padilla is still waiting for his signature, Senate President Mig Subiri will not take action on the issue of the arrest order against Kibuloy.

02:04 Meanwhile, a judge in California ordered the unsealing of the warrant of arrest against Kibuloy and his accused colleagues.

02:13 Because of this, Kibuloy can issue a red notice of interpol that is wanted in America for cases of sex trafficking, fraud, cash smuggling, and others.

02:23 According to U.S.-based lawyer, Attorney Lara Gregory, this can be the first step in extradition of Kibuloy by the U.S. Department of Justice.
