Hunt: Budget ‘overdelivers’ for people in work

Chancellor Jeremy Hunt tells ITV’s Robert Peston plans to cut tax paid by workers from April is a “big, big over delivery”. In his announcement on Wednesday, the chancellor cut workers' National Insurance by another 2p in the Budget, meaning it falls from 10% to 8%.
