00:06 When the car got out, a man entered the church with a woman with a baby in her womb.

01:29 He tried to apply for a job but he was not allowed.

01:32 I motivated him to build his own business.

01:36 When I fail on a certain thing, I feel more motivated to do something else.

01:41 And now, he is able to do what he wants because he has his own business.

01:47 Don and Jeyo are among the Gen X and Gen Y

01:51 who do not follow the habits of many who depend on their jobs.

01:56 In the survey that was part of the 10th study of Fieldcare,

01:59 more Gen X and Gen Ys were self-employed as business owners.

02:05 36.3% of their respondents.

02:08 Compared to 12.8% of service and sales workers.

02:13 9.5% of the respondents are self-employed professionals and freelancers.

02:19 According to a sociologist,

02:21 the increase of people who try to do business or freelance is not a coincidence.

02:27 Our society has enabled people to be able to explore and to be able to create new models.

02:35 There's this freedom now.

02:37 Nowadays, when you say work, it has evolved from agricultural to industrial.

02:45 And now you're seeing now that there's a new model that people can work effectively

02:51 even if you're alone in your house.

02:53 You're doing your own work, your own business, your own home.

02:59 Technology is also helping a lot.

03:02 According to the survey, the top four priorities of Gen X and Gen Y

03:06 are health benefits, job satisfaction, monetary benefits, and ease of travel.
