00:06 for International Women's Day. When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion,

00:16 I'm 26 and I'm a gritter driver for NY Highways, driving the Econ gritters. We grit morning
00:24 and night, typically on a three-week schedule. We do mornings one week, nights one week and
00:29 a week off. In between that, I work my own team of international competition horses and
00:35 I ride and drive the race horses for Charlie Johnston Racing up in Middlem. My weeks get
00:40 pretty hectic. It's a lot of getting changed in car parks and trying to pack three different
00:45 helmets to make sure I'm always in the correct gear. This winter's been easier. It's been
00:49 quieter with the racing and with the gritting, with how warm it's been, but it's a very different
00:54 It's very constant but gives me a lot of variety.
