Life Goes On s03e08

This is titled "Invasion of the Thatcher-Snatchers". Corky keeps watching "Body-Snatchers From Venus",from 1955, and he starts thinking his family are turning into aliens. Jeffrey Coombs plays two roles in this: the guy working the reel, and the College Investigator who comes to talk to Becca. Near the end of this WONDROUS episode, a sudden shift in reality and surrealism occurs when the Thatchers seem to suddenly actually turn into alien monsters, and Corky screams, throws milk at them, and tries to escape, but they catch him and are about to eat him for alien thanksgiving at the end. This episode is my favourite out of Life Goes On, and I watched it in Oklahoma in 1991.
