00:00 You want one?
00:01 Sure, I'd love one.
00:02 At home, I eat them with peanut butter.
00:05 That is so weird.
00:09 So do I.
00:11 Oh, don't do this to me. I'm already seeing double.
00:15 Hallie and Annie are back.
00:17 This is so scary.
00:20 Honey, you never looked better.
00:22 Lindsay Lohan checked into Camp Walden, recreating this parent trap moment ahead of her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
00:30 Want one?
00:31 Oh, sure, I'd love one.
00:33 At home, I eat them with peanut butter.
00:36 You do?
00:38 That is so weird.
00:40 So do I.
00:41 The 1998 movie left its impact.
00:44 The film's stars have paid homage to it over the years.
00:47 Lisa Ann Walter recently channeling Chessie on Abbott Elementary.
00:52 You think it's a f*cking joke?
00:53 I've stayed in touch with Lindsay and the family and of course Elaine Hendricks who played Meredith, Justice for Meredith Blake.
01:00 She's my best friend in the whole wide world.
01:02 Yeah, she is.
01:03 We stayed not just close, but best friends.
01:05 In fact, we unofficially adopted each other as sisters.
01:09 So, she lives in Atlanta, but we're planning on buying a retirement house together.
01:14 Neither one of us are married.
01:15 Right, right.
01:16 Yeah, so we may just wind up together.
01:18 And that might be the story.
01:21 Chessie!
01:22 It's such a big house and all.
01:24 Chessie!
01:25 You rang?
01:30 Well, where would you pick up the story?
01:31 Well, I think in talking to Lindsay recently, which I did, and her dad, and I've stayed in touch with them here and there.
01:38 When I go to New York, I'll see the dad.
01:40 We were talking about what we would do.
01:43 Would it be centered around her characters as twins?
01:47 Yes.
01:48 Falling apart or having their own kids or getting somebody else together.
01:51 And we lost Natasha.
01:53 Right.
01:54 It's a horrible tragedy, so I don't think we could go with that side of the story with the dad.
02:00 Although, I think Dennis would do it.
02:02 I've stayed in touch with him, too.
02:03 We're here for it all.
02:05 In fact, we've been there for it all because E.T. was on set with Lindsay Lohan back in 1997.
02:11 How hard is it to have to play two people in the same scene anyway?
02:14 It's not very hard.
02:15 It's fun.
02:16 When I first got a call from my manager to audition for the part, she asked if I could do an English accent.
02:22 And I said, "Yeah, sure."
02:23 And then, obviously, I'm not English anyway, so I had to get a dialect coach to work everything on me.
02:33 So, at the screen test, I had a dialects coach.
02:36 And then I got the part.
02:38 And that night, my dad took me out to dinner because my dad had to fly me there.
02:42 My mom usually controls taking me to everywhere, but my baby brother was sick, so he couldn't come.
02:49 So, my dad took me.
02:51 And he took me out to dinner the last night of the screen test.
02:54 And they tried to call me and tell me that I got the part, and I wasn't there.
02:58 So, the next morning, they called me, and they told me I got the part.
03:02 And I started jumping off the bed, screaming, because I was so excited.
03:06 We actually did it.
