01:45 The victim's affidavit is the reason

01:48 why all the questions were asked.

01:51 The DOJ also issued

01:53 an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order against Quibuloy.

01:56 The DOJ will also issue

01:58 a Precautionary Hold Departure Order

02:01 so that Quibuloy will not be able to leave the country.

02:03 The DOJ will also ask the Supreme Court

02:06 to transfer the hearing in Manila.

02:09 A special panel of prosecutors will be assigned

02:12 for the investigation.

02:13 There is a problem in Davao.

02:16 It is hard to demand in a place

02:19 where the power of those who are being abused

02:24 and will be abused and be hit is strong.
