00:24 The President highlighted the important role of the two countries in unifying the implementation

00:30 of the law of friendship despite the chaos in other countries.

00:34 According to the President, as a democratic country, safety in the freedom of the seas

00:41 should be guaranteed, while the President also highlighted the people-to-people ties

00:49 We thanked Australia for its consistent and continuing support in the South China Sea.

00:54 The closer cooperation in this field was fully emphasized in my speech to the esteemed Parliament
