01:38 we cannot see the revision or the studies that will restore the country's economy to a state of uncertainty.

01:47 At the same time, we need to re-structure the participation of the earth and the sun in the economic cake that can be expanded again, God willing.

02:59 So, finally, this Congress is actually the beginning of a process to settle the foundations
