00:15 the conflict of interest rule in the new lawyer's code of conduct.

00:27 She also violated some provisions of the new code of conduct which
00:31 requires lawyers to respect the tribunals and submit grievances
00:34 through appropriate remedy.
00:36 She is also found to have violated the rules on the responsible use of social media.
00:40 Acosta is ordered to pay 30,000 pesos for indirect contempt and 150,000 pesos for
00:46 grossly undignified conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.
00:50 The Supreme Court also warrants Acosta of more severe punishments
00:54 should she repeat the same or similar offenses.
