Hindi lang pangha-harang sa dagat, dumarami rin umano ang insidente ng pangja-jam sa mga electronic at communication equipment sa mga barko ng Pilipinas -- ayon sa Philippine Navy. Sabi ng Coast Guard, tumutugma sa mga oras na idine-deklara ng China na naitaboy nila ang barko ng Pilipinas sa mga oras na nawawala ang automatic identification system.
