NSW Police uninvited to Mardi Gras
The NSW Police have been uninvited to the 2024 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras parade in light of the alleged murder of Sydney couple Jesse Baird and Luke Davies. The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Board stated that having the NSW Police march at the event would “add to the distress within our communities”.
