India's Modi realises dream of diving underwater to get close to ancient city

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi went scuba diving off a beach in Dwarka on Feb 25 to touch the sacred underwater city and offer prayers to Lord Krishna which he said was his long-time dream.
