Today's trolley dashers are Rebecca Storby & Jules Nicholas from Yorkshire & Cheshire, Peter Kumar Davral & Bijay Kumar Ramdal from the West Midlands & Essex, and Sarah Page & Mel Hayes from Tyne & Wear and Derbyshire. Dale Winton hosts and enjoys the view of the luckless contestant who has to run the Mini Sweep. Two teams battle it out in a close points round, leaving the other team very embarrassed with their pitiful showing. However, who will triumph come the Super Sweep and will someone come from nowhere to earn the right to compete for the cash prize of £2,000 in a famous episode.
These are from old video recordings, so apologies first of all for any glitches, plus the sound quality, which is a bit up and down. My new video recorder is not much of an improvement on the old one, so I've only managed to copy half of what I've got on tapes to upload on here. I had intended on uploading more of my old TV stuff, but for reasons that escape me some of my stuff have been removed. I could understand the copyright issue, but when some of the videos are still available elsewhere - including, amazingly, on Dailymotion itself - then my removals make no sense at all. By the way, I've been able to work out the dates of these episodes, so this is from Series 6, Episode 11, so originally broadcast on September 23rd 1998.
