In this captivating video, Amy emerges as a shining example of humanity's compassion as she participates in a courageous octopus rescue.

"This morning was a low tide that only happens once a year in Langkawi whereby you’re able to walk from the beach to the small neighboring islands," the filmer, Greg, told WooGlobe. "We went at sunrise to see it and explore and found this octopus stranded by the outgoing tide.

"There were sea eagles circling overhead, so we decided to help it."

At first, the octopus perceives Amy as a threat, constantly squirting out ink every time she gets close. But eventually, it realizes that she's on its side and allows her to pick it up.
