00:22 or Scarborough Shoal on Thursday,

00:24 can be seen in the satellite images from the Philippine Coast Guard.

00:28 In another picture, it can be seen inside the lagoon of the China Coast Guard,

00:32 and the floating barrier was placed there.

00:35 The so-called barrier that was placed there was part of the supply of the Philippine Coast Guard on Thursday.

00:39 BRP Datu Tamblot, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources of BFAR,
