00:02 Here is the weather update for the day of Saturday, February 17, 2024.

00:07 We are not affected by any low-pressure area or typhoon inside and outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:14 And this North East Monsoon or the cold wind has partially subsided and has no longer affected any part of our country.

00:22 But this Easter Lease or the hot wind coming from the Pacific Ocean is the one that is affecting our country right now.

00:29 So if we can see, there are also some clouds in the eastern section because of the Easter Lease.

00:35 But because of this, we expect our entire country, including Metro Manila,

00:40 to experience a bright time with chances of localized thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon and evening.

00:47 For our country to have a better time tomorrow, we still expect the North East Monsoon to have no effect on our country.

00:55 And this Easter Lease is still the one that is continuously being affected.

00:58 So if we can see, this Monsoon will still experience a bright or hot season.

01:05 The temperature here in Metro Manila is 22 to 32 degrees Celsius, Tuguegarao 22 to 33,

01:12 Lawag 21 to 32, Baguio 15 to 24 degrees Celsius.

01:17 For Tagaytay, we expect 21 to 30 degrees Celsius and Ligaspi 23 to 31 degrees Celsius.

01:25 The same goes for Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao.

01:28 We also expect that our time tomorrow will be hot, just like this Easter Lease.

01:33 And we still have chances of localized thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon and evening.

01:38 For Calayan Islands and Puerto Princesa, we expect a temperature rise between 25 to 33 degrees Celsius,

01:45 Iloilo 25 to 31, Tacloban 23 to 31 degrees Celsius.

01:50 For Cebu, 24 to 31, Zamboanga 23 to 33 degrees Celsius, Cagandeoro 23 to 31, and Dabao 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.

02:00 We also don't have any high gale warnings in any seaboards of our country.

02:05 Let's look forward to our time in the next 3 days in the neighboring cities of our country.

02:11 If we can see, the Monsoon, we still expect that we will still have generally fair weather,

02:16 that we still have chances of isolated rain showers or localized thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon and evening.

02:23 For Metro Manila, we expect a temperature rise between 23 to 33 degrees Celsius, Baguio 15 to 25, Ligaspi 23 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:33 For Visayas, Metro Cebu, Iloilo City, Tacloban City, we also expect generally fair weather.

02:41 For Metro Cebu, we expect a temperature rise between 25 to 32 degrees Celsius, Iloilo 25 to 32, Tacloban 23 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:51 For Mindanao, we also expect that we will have generally fair weather, that we will have isolated rain showers and localized thunderstorms.

02:59 For Metro Dabao, we expect a temperature rise between 24 to 33 degrees Celsius, Cagandeoro 24 to 32, Zamboanga 24 to 34 degrees Celsius.

03:09 Because of this, in the Easterlies, we expect that the next days in our country will be hot.

03:15 The sunset will be 6.01pm and the sunrise tomorrow will be 6.20am.
