French woman sets a bank on fire and then smiles, posing for a picture

In France, a woman decided to set a bank on fire. All of the people inside ran outside for safety. One woman recorded the entire situation, as she was running. When she got outside, she ran into the culprit. Once she saw the woman who set the fire, she got that woman to smile and pose for a picture.
