00:00 It's all about the budget here in Fife today. The Kingdom's budget won't be set
00:04 in stone until next week, but the newly published budget proposals offered up a
00:08 sneak peek at the Labour administration's plans. First and foremost,
00:12 Council Leader David Ross has said there are no significant cuts on the horizon
00:15 for Fife this year. Second, the administration is grudgingly proposed to
00:20 accept Holyrood's tax freeze, meaning council tax is not likely to increase
00:24 for Fifers anytime soon. Nothing is set in stone yet, but Councillors are due to
00:29 meet at Fife House next Thursday to cement their decisions. This has been
