00:00 Happy Thursday to all of us, I am Benison S. Tareja.
00:04 The Northeast Monsoon Ramihan is still warming up here in the northern part of Luzon.
00:09 And while in the remaining part of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, it is still hot and there are some raindrops because of the Easter Leaves or the wind from the Pacific Ocean.
00:18 Based on our latest satellite animation, if they will notice, our sky is clean inside and around the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:28 And we expect that there will be a low pressure area that will be in the region until the weekend.
00:31 Today, because of the cold weather, the part of the region is still sunny and sometimes cloudy.
00:37 Here in the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Region and Cagayan Valley, it is the end of the Northeast Monsoon or the wind from Mainland Asia.
00:45 So there is a cold weather, when the afternoon comes, the weather is still fresh.
00:49 Then when the afternoon comes until the evening, there will be isolated light rains or dry and weak rain.
00:56 To our fellowmen here in Central Luzon, Southern Luzon and Metro Manila, the sky is partly cloudy until cloudy within the next 24 hours because of the Easter Leaves.
01:05 There is a chance of clouds as early as noon until afternoon.
01:09 Here in Aurora, Quezon Province and a large part of Bicol Region, as well as Oriental Mindoro and Marinduque, there will be isolated rain or localized thunderstorms.

01:39 While here in Northern Luzon, as of Cordillera Region, it is still low and there is still a cold 15 to 23 degrees.
01:46 And not more than 31 degrees Celsius in the northern part of Luzon.
01:51 To our fellowmen here in Visayas, it will rain the most, just like the Easter Leaves, it is still Eastern Visayas.
01:57 So be careful of possible floods and earthquakes, you will experience scattered rain and thunderstorms within the next 24 hours.
02:04 To our fellowmen in the western and central portions of Visayas, fair weather conditions or it will be sunny in many times, from morning to afternoon.
02:13 Then partly cloudy to cloudy skies, early evening until dawn, there is also a chance of short rain.
02:20 Our temperature here in Metro Cebu is from 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.
02:25 To our fellowmen here in Mindanao, you will also experience sunny skies, a large part of it, and partly cloudy as early as morning, only in Dinagat Islands and Surigao del Norte.
02:37 From evening to night, it will be cloudy in many areas of Caraga Region and Davao Region, and from evening to morning, there is also a high chance of rain here in Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Davao Oriental, and Davao de Oro.
02:52 So if you will go out, bring an umbrella.
02:56 Our temperature here in Mindanao will be hot during the afternoon, with temperatures in Zamboanga City possibly up to 34 degrees Celsius, and in Davao City up to 33 degrees Celsius.
03:09 For now, because of the low pressure of the storm, we do not have a high gale warning or warning of high waves.
03:16 We also do not expect sea travel suspensions in the coming days until the weekend because the storm's headwind is still not strong.
03:25 We still expect moderate to rough seas or sometimes high waves in the eastern part of our country, over the Pacific Ocean, and here in the extreme northern zone.
03:35 It is possible that the waves will reach up to 3.5 meters high.
03:40 It is in the middle of the island, a part of the island, and it is dangerous to small sea vessels and fishermen.
03:47 In the next three days or until the weekend, we still expect a mild or northeast monsoon in the northern and central zone.
03:53 Presently, there is a chance of dry and light rain while in Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Bicol Region, and Mimaropa, it is partly cloudy to cloudy skies and the chances of rain are still higher here in the eastern side or in the other part of Legazpi City, here in Bicol.
04:10 It is also possible that it will remain cold in the next three days. The chance of rain is low in the morning, between 14 to 24 degrees Celsius, and even here in Metro Manila, the chance of rain is low in the coming days.
04:19 It is partly hot when the weekend comes.
04:22 For our fellow citizens in Visayas, the eastern least is still affected by the global city.
04:27 They will experience the partly cloudy to cloudy skies accompanied by short rains.
04:34 Then, here in the western and central Visayas, the eastern least is the hottest and driest season, especially here in Metro Cebu, where the temperature reaches 31 degrees Celsius in the afternoon.
04:47 While in the western portion of Visayas, the other side of Iloilo City, and here in Boracay, the chance of rain is low.
04:55 Lastly, for our fellow citizens in Mindanao, the chance of rain is high. Tomorrow morning, we will repeat it here in the Caraga region and nearby areas, here in Davao region and northern Mindanao.
05:05 Then, the eastern least will be affected again on Saturday and Sunday, here in Davao region and nearby areas in Caraga and Soxargen.
05:16 So, be careful of possible floods and landslides due to the scattered rains and thunderstorms.
05:20 While the western portion of Mindanao is already included in the Bangsamoro region and some parts of northern Mindanao and Buanga Peninsula, the chance of rain and heat is low, especially in the afternoon.
05:31 The sun will rise at 6.20 in the morning and set at 6 in the evening.
05:37 That's the latest from the Weather Forecasting Center of Pagasa.
05:40 I am again Benison S. Tarayhana, saying, "Whenever the time comes, hope for a good solution."
