Winner X is the newest player in the premium "underbone" category.

When it comes to scooters and underbone motorcycles, Honda is one of the best-selling brands in Asia thanks to its wide range of competitively priced models. The newest member of the product line was recently introduced in the Philippine market and its name is Winner X. This model is in the premium entry-level segment and competes with motorcycles like the Yamaha Sniper 155 (also known as Exciter 155).

It is a kind of combination of a scooter and a small-displacement naked bike, in the sense that it offers a sporty and engaging ride like that of a naked sportsbike, with similar practicality and maneuverability as a scooter.
On the performance side, the Winner X is powered by a 149cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine that produces 15.4 horsepower and 13.5 Nm (10 pound-feet) of torque at 9,000 rpm. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission equipped with a slipper clutch for surprisingly smoother gear shifts. Other technical features include optional ABS, digital instrument cluster and full LED headlight for optimum visibility in low light conditions.

In terms of pricing and availability, the Honda Winner The top-of-the-line model, called Winner X ABS Racing, is equipped with ABS and a sporty, racing-inspired livery. The price tag for this model is 131,900 Philippine pesos or approximately $2,356. It is worth noting that Winner X is also available in other neighboring Asian markets such as Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand.
