00:00 England had advantage in the scrum and it gave them a massive foothold in the game
00:04 but I'm immensely proud of the boys efforts you know there's some defensive
00:07 sets there where we held them out on our goal line and you know for a team to
00:11 have a dominance in that area but not put us away shows the heart and endeavour
00:15 that the team showed and it's also a little tinge of disappointment that we
00:19 actually didn't take some of the chances that we that we created so I actually
00:23 think you know if we'd have got ourselves a 21-14 in that second half we
00:27 would really put the wobbles up them but like I say proud of the boys efforts
00:31 all experiences you know we were rolling at 30% territory in half time and but we
00:38 were still confident that when we had the ball we actually threatened and then
00:41 we moved them and we knew that we would threaten them with the ball it was just
00:44 how how often could we get it but again at times sometimes you know that the
00:49 game doesn't go your way in that aspect and we had to dig in and try and stay in
00:54 the game for as long as we did and hope that we could get a chance and I'd say
00:58 unfortunately their scrum gave them a massive platform into the game. We knew that we'd
01:03 threatened and when we when we get our chance and we could trouble them and we
01:07 showed that I think we showed that through the 80 that when we had the ball
01:10 we were dangerous it's just unfortunately and we didn't get the ball
01:13 as often as we'd like. The boys showed great heart two or three long defensive
01:18 sets on their own line showing what it means to play for each other play for
01:23 the country in front of their friends and families and you know we'll take the
01:26 positives out of that 100% and we'll get to work on the areas that we need to you
01:31 know we've got two weeks now into Ireland and there's things that we need
01:33 to tidy up on our game and but I can't fault the lads effort.
01:38 We're all here to win, we all want to win games but when we got a bit of time to reflect and out the
01:46 emotion of the game they'll see the effort that was put in and some of the
01:50 some of the technicalities around our tackling was outstanding I thought we
01:53 we chopped their big boys legs and really put pressure on the ball so
01:57 there's massive positives there and the positivity around when we did
02:01 move the ball we were dangerous. Cork will be a bit of a rammed stadium and they get
02:06 behind their boys so again another opportunity for us to go out there and
02:10 and put our game on the field so you know we've got two weeks to tidy up a
02:14 few areas that need to be tightened and we'll go out there four guns blazing
02:18 plenty of confidence.
