Kahit nahagip ng CCTV ang kanilang paglabas at pagpasok sa mall, hirap pa ring matukoy ang mga suspek na nangholdap at nanakit ng isang customer sa comfort room nito. Isa sa tinitingnang anggulo ngayon sa krimen, matagal nang banta sa buhay ng biktima.

00:21 Four days after being held up inside this CR,

00:25 by Il Terrazo Community Mall in Quezon City, the businessman, Ronaldin Labang, is still looking for the injured.

00:33 His head injury is still painful. I really want him to be re-qualified here in the hospital in Lugang Atosantos, Inago.

00:40 It is hard for the police to find the suspect, who according to the victim, is armed with a weapon and possibly has a gun.

00:47 He is wearing a cap, sunglasses and mask in the CCTV footage of his going in and out of the mall.

00:54 That is also one of the people we are investigating, if there are any relatives in our establishment.

01:01 The question is, how did the suspect get through the security inspection?

01:17 Based on the incident report, on Wednesday afternoon, 12.05,

01:21 the victim went to the comfort room, but he didn't go to the women's CR, but to the men's comfort room.

01:31 Just a second after, the suspect followed him inside.

01:35 And after more than two minutes, the suspect came out and casually ran out of the mall.

01:42 Ronaldin's voice was not heard because the person on the third floor of the CR was in a hurry.

01:48 I thought it was for a woman, when I went in.

01:53 Then the man pulled me and he started hitting me on the head until he took my hand and he cut it.

02:06 It took 20 minutes before Ronaldin was found in the cubicle and rushed to the hospital.

02:13 While we are deeply concerned about what transpired, it's essential to note that such occurrences are unprecedented for us.

02:20 Our heartfelt thoughts are with those affected.

02:23 The police were still able to stop the robbery because the suspect received two cell phones from the victim.

02:29 But the victim's family said that for a long time, they have been seeing someone who is in danger and their only source of income is business.

02:36 The police investigated the suspect.

02:39 The police continued the follow-up operation to find the suspect and his accomplice.
