International Maritime Organization chief stresses need for dialogue to resolve Red Sea crisis

Secretary General of the International Maritime Organization, Arsenio Dominguez, emphasizes the importance of dialogue among all parties to calm tensions in the Red Sea amid ongoing attacks by Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi rebels on cargo ships bound for Israel, which they claim are in solidarity with Palestinians amidst the Israel-Hamas conflict in Gaza.
