00:04 rapid-fire rules you should remember while filming. Number one, always talk to

00:09 staff first just to ensure that it's okay and they don't have any policies on

00:13 filming. Number two, you need to be respectful of those around you. Have a

00:17 chat to the person if they're in the background and try to avoid filming at

00:20 really busy times. Number three, do not film in change rooms. There's absolutely no

00:26 reason for you to do that and it's a very intimate and private space. Number four,

00:30 just because you have a tripod and a camera does not give you more of a right

00:33 than anybody else in the building so just be mindful of your other members.
