00:00 So we've come down here today to meet some of the residents so I can apologise to them personally
00:04 as the leader of the council and obviously as you've seen we've met several people down here
00:08 today and you know there's a there's a mixture of attitudes towards what's happened however we are
00:14 determined to make sure that this doesn't happen again this error is not acceptable and I feel
00:21 wholeheartedly for the residents of this road. If it was me I'd be quite angry and rightfully so
00:26 you've got a great big thing behind their back gardens there's a loss of privacy etc and I think
00:33 they probably feel quite angry about that so I was expecting a much more hostile shall we say
00:40 reception but it's not been as I expected. Well we'll always work to do what we can to make people
00:45 happy and you know I'm part of an engagement process I want to do with the residents is have
00:50 a an overall meeting with a selection of them that you know have been affected and yeah we're
00:55 going to have those discussions as and when that time's appropriate.
