00:10 passed the 2022 Program for International Student Assessment or PISA.
00:15 Only 5 private schools passed the NCR.
00:18 The DepEd did not deny that it reflects the quality of education in the country.
00:23 But, the score of students in PISA went down from 2018 to 2022,
00:29 even though they are still low-proficient.
00:31 PISA measures the ability of students under 15 years of age in reading, math, science, and more.
00:38 Some places affected by drought due to El Nino,
00:42 there are still many this month.
00:44 According to the forecast, 24 provinces in Luzon and one in Visayas
00:49 will experience drought and three months of low rainfall,
00:52 lower than normal, with more rain.
00:55 17 provinces will be affected by dry spell,
00:58 while 10 provinces will experience dry condition.
