00:06 already been extensively damaged by previous eruptions in recent months.
00:12 Early on Thursday morning, lava began spewing from a three-kilometer fissure close to the
00:18 mound at Sundnokur. Officials say it's flowing to the west of Grindavik and that the community
00:24 is not in immediate danger.
00:28 As a precaution, people are prevented from entering the town.
