00:00 First of all the business is about a modern twist on seafood and spuds.
00:06 So we've got a couple of different types of batters we use for our fish and our potato cakes.
00:12 We've got a plain batter and we've got a soft vinegar batter.
00:16 Everything is gluten free going in our fryer so everything is safe for the sea lions, that sort of thing.
00:21 And our potato cakes, we don't do chips, we do potato cakes because it's that modern spin.
00:25 So then we've got scallop pies, prawn pasties and a few different things coming up and of course our lobster burger.
00:33 I guess the name came about from, I was introduced to the book on New Year's Eve at a party, knew nothing about it.
00:46 And I met this lovely lady that same night and we started talking about the book and everything.
00:52 I said, "I'm thinking about opening up a new business." And she said, "What are you going to do?"
00:55 I said, "I don't know, I might get a food van." And she said, "Really? What do you do?"
00:59 I said, "I don't know, fish and chips would be funny." And she said, "Really?"
01:02 And I said, "Yeah." And then I said, "What could we do as a really funny name?"
01:05 And she said, "I don't know, what was that book you just said?"
01:08 And it just went from there. So I developed the name Fishy Shades of Cray.
01:12 So yeah, obviously the logo with a little bit of dominatrix there, a little bit of fun, that sort of thing.
01:19 [Background chatter]
01:22 Look, I think on the van and the logo, heaps of comments, heaps of laughter. I think that's been the funniest thing.
01:29 The food, we're getting there. It's not 100% spot on, it's going to be straight out on us.
01:34 So two nights we've been going, our biggest issue has been our equipment.
01:38 But we're getting there and I think by next week we'll be absolutely perfect.
