00:00 We're one week on from this horrific attack that happened in Clapham.

00:03 The victim remains in a very critical condition

00:06 and is still too poorly to be able to talk to police.

00:09 We understand from our enquiries that the possible motive

00:12 is that the victim and the suspect were in a relationship which had broken down.

00:17 We continue to appeal to the public to come forward with any information that they have about Azidi,

00:22 bearing in mind the awful impact that it's had on this family and their loved ones.

00:26 On behalf of the Afghanistan and Central Asian Association,

00:30 our message to the Afghan community in particular is

00:33 if anyone has any information that can lead to the arrest of Abdu Azadi,

00:38 then please come forward, please contact the police as soon as possible,

00:42 please call 999.

00:44 Any information would be very, very helpful.

00:47 And we urge the public, we urge the Afghan community to please come forward

00:55 if anyone is hiding him or harbouring him or providing any form of accommodation or shelter,
