00:00 A woman who was involved in a car rental in Quezon City was arrested.

00:05 The other victim who was involved in the car rental was also arrested at the police station.

00:11 In the entrapment operation of Quezon City Police District Station 9 in Barangay UP Campus,

00:19 a 26-year-old woman was arrested who was involved in a car rental.

00:24 The suspect was supposed to give the car to its owner for P200,000.

00:30 The owner of the car, January T, said that the suspect was able to make an online transaction

00:35 and the SUV was rented for two days.

00:38 But it took almost a month and it was never returned.

00:41 For a few days, we were waiting for a new contract to earn money.

00:45 We were not able to earn money.

00:48 The GPS was dead so we were afraid and nervous.

00:55 We couldn't talk to the person who rented the car.

00:58 The suspect said that they haven't paid the car's bank yet,

01:02 which is still not found.

01:04 It's hard to sleep because we don't know where the car is and where it is being used.

01:11 We've been talking for a few days to return the car but they still don't want to.

01:16 Other victims of the suspect also went to the police station.

01:19 In the follow-up operation, two other cars were recovered with the help of GPS.

01:24 The suspect has already sold one of them.

01:27 We have the same GPS but the one that was taken by the GPS, the Montero, the Avanza, was not taken.

01:33 I noticed that the Avanza was not taken by the GPS but it's not moving.

01:38 I was wondering why the person who didn't use it was renting it.

01:42 According to the police, aside from the arrested suspect, he has four other accomplices in this mode of renting.

02:30 The group operates in Quezon City, Pasay, Cavite and Laguna.

02:34 The arrested suspect was arrested for robbery extortion.
