This is the incredible moment a 12-year-old girl was surprised onboard a flight with tickets to Adele - only for the singer to find out and serenade her mid gig.
Natalie Olson thought was was accompanying dad Christopher, 39, on a work trip to Denver until cabin crew announced she was on her way to Las Vegas to see Adele.
The shocked tween's reaction went viral after finance worker Christopher posted it on X, and gathered so much attention Adele spotted it.
So just two songs into a packed gig at Caesar's Palace she stopped the show and demanded the house lights be switched on so she could find Natalie.
She told the crowd: "My friend sent me a video that I was able to open.
"I don't remember the dad's name but there is a dad who posted a video on Twitter today of his little girl Natalie and she's here tonight.
"[The video was] on a United Airlines flight and the air hostess over the Tannoy on the plane announced its was her birthday and she thinks she's just going to Vegas with her dad for a work trip but she's actually on her way to see me in concert."
After a break for cheers she added: "If they are here can the dad please call?"
And after Christopher shouted back she asked for the house lights to be put on before she added: "Where is Natalie? Oh there you are my darling girl.
"Happy birthday my darling. And dad - you are the best dad in the world."
Then the 4,000-strong crowd joined Adele in singing Happy Birthday to shocked Natalie, who also received a personally signed programme from the singer.
The schoolgirl from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, hasn't stopped smiling since the gig on January 26.
Christopher said "She was so, so happy. It was unreal.
"When I heard her stop and say she had a message, and mentioned United Airlines, I knew it was us.
"People just went nuts.
"It was absolutely unreal.
"She was so happy for the rest of the show.
"She's such a huge Adele fan - and Queen and others. She has an old soul."
Christopher and wife Kelsey told Natalie she was having a sleepover for her birthday - while secretly they had secured the Adele tickets.
"It's the only thing she wanted for her birthday - to go see Adele," said Christopher.
"She spent the first day just piecing it all together - all the things we had told her to keep it a secret."
He asked the United Airlines cabin crew to break the news over the loudspeaker on the connecting flight to Denver on January 24.
The staff member can be heard saying in the now-viral video: "We have Natalie on-board. She thinks she's tagging along to a work event but she is really she is flying to Las Vegas to see Adele perform at the Caesar's Palace which was her one birthday wish.
"Could we all wish Natalie a happy birthday?"
He said @AdeleAccess - her official X page - saw a video of the announcement on X and replied to say they were looking forward to seeing Natalie.
But he didn't know Adele had seen it until she tracked down Natalie during the concert.
Christopher added: "Even when we left people were giving her hugs. She was so happy."
