00:02 Hi, I'm Lindsay, I'm the founder of Positive Juice Southsea.
00:06 This is our second store in Palmerston Road, first one is on Winter Road.
00:10 Opened in 2020 to great reviews and yeah, we're planning on building onwards and upwards.
00:17 And what's the reaction been like for your opening here today?
00:20 Honestly, this morning it's been chaos. We've got a little bit of a lull now,
00:24 but we're learning what people want. I think in the mornings people want fresh juices,
00:29 coffees, smoothies and we haven't learned that yet. In Winter Road people come in for their
00:34 bowls but I hope people forgive us for today because we're going to keep building on it,
00:38 keep building on it and get better. But hopefully people realise that the food's freshly made,
00:43 all the juices are cold pressed and they come back again. It's been a little bit of chaos this
00:48 morning. So it looks quite busy there, there's more than just juice available. What can people
00:51 expect to find here? So in Postmates we have a build your own salad bar concept. Not just salad,
00:57 we have some bang bang cauliflower, we have some apple coleslaw, potato salad. We are vegan
01:02 friendly, gluten free friendly, keto friendly. We can be carbs, you can, Postmates can be whatever
01:09 you want it to be. So the fresh juices, we do wraps, bowls, we do breakfast hashes, we do top
01:17 toast with mushrooms and brie and bacon, whatever you want. You kind of choose your own food at
01:22 Postmates but it's all fresh, it's all made in house and there's no preservatives, no re-enamels,
01:28 no colouring, that sort of thing. Well it all sounds amazing and I can't wait to try it.
