00:00 We wanted to get it all correct for opening, you know. The bar staff that we have is spot
00:15 on, they're very enthusiastic, really good people. Lots and lots and lots of applications
00:20 for jobs, both for bar staff and for the floor staff. We are trying to cater for the younger
00:28 ones also, not just the over 30s on a Friday, we're trying to cater for the younger ones
00:32 and we are planning, just with everything, it's been quite busy, but we are planning
00:37 on doing under 18s this year. It's not just for over 18s, we'll want to do under 18s and
00:43 we'll want to chat to the schools. I think we can probably utilise this place for other
00:48 things. What I've got in mind is something like, and I have had people on who are over
00:52 65, over 75, asking what we can do for them. I think we can do things like tea dances in
00:58 the afternoon, we can do some wine dancing, we can do ballroom dancing, we can do yoga,
01:03 we can do Pilates. This space actually lends itself to a lot of opportunities. We want
01:10 to cater for everybody. We want to cater for everybody in the business. And if anybody
01:13 has any ideas, we're very open to ideas, people want to contact us and if they've got something
01:20 that they want us to come up with, we're willing to have a chat to them. We're planning on
01:24 doing over 30s on Friday, standard opening on a Saturday. We are planning on doing karaoke
01:31 and we are planning on doing singles maybe on a Thursday and something for the kids,
01:39 you know, the baby rock. So we're on to that at the moment. And that's the soft play music.
