Ocean Heaven is a 2010 Chinese-Hong Kong tear-jerker touchy movie starring martial arts superstar Jet Li Lianjie (李连杰) in his first full drama role. It also co-stars Taiwanese actress Gwei Lun-mei (桂綸鎂), who previously starred in Jay Chou Lit-lun (周杰倫)'s Secret. The movie was filmed in Qingdao at the Qingdao Polar Ocean World and received promotion from the Qingdao council.
The story of a terminally ill father's tireless love for his autistic son, and his attempt to educate his son the necessary life skills to survive on his own before he passes away.
