00:00 Today's market steers were definitely stronger again, I think probably 10, 15, 20 deer.
00:06 Feedlot jobs starting to rise along with the meat jobbers coming up, so we're jobbers that are all rain induced.
00:13 Heifers, probably not quite the same strength as the last, so we had a big fast order for bread this last sale,
00:20 wasn't the easiest sale, probably more similar to the previous sale than the heifer job.
00:25 A lot of them are local, some KI, but mainly local cattle.
00:30 The usual widespread of highs, which is local, Adelaide Plains, South East, are lost in that area as well,
00:39 kind of the normal spread.
00:41 Well, crystal bull, I mean it really depends on the weather.
00:43 If the weather doesn't come in with a heatwave, I think you'll see this job continue to solidify and grow a bit.
00:49 But it only takes two weeks of stinking hot weather, normally sometimes you'll be on the down again,
00:54 so I don't think it'll drop back to where it was at the low, but if that happens, and if it doesn't happen,
00:59 I think we'll just have a slow, steady climb from here on in.
01:03 I think we're up probably 20 to 40 cents across most categories, I think,
01:08 which was a pleasant surprise over nearly 1,000 of cattle.
01:13 I think the cattle jobs have finally corrected, I think there's a fair bit of scare tactics going on early,
01:19 and we've sort of found our feet again, so it's really good to see the price of doing what it's doing,
01:24 considering we're still sort of in the thrums of wiener sales.
01:29 Yeah, it presented really well. We had a lot of sort of smaller lots, local lots, that presented really well,
01:35 so that was good.
01:36 I'd like to see it climb sort of slightly and stabilise for a while.
01:39 I don't think we need to see the massive highs that end up being the lows, so that's where I sort of see it sitting.
01:45 That's good.
