Nottingham killer's sentence to be reviewed, minister says

Nottingham killer Valdo Calocane will be “locked up for the rest of his life,” a Tory minister has said as talks are underway to review his sentence. Gareth Davies said there was a process to refer the case to the Attorney General but it "was not appropriate" for him to comment on a specific case.
