00:49 illegally sells land in Cavite without obtaining a permit from their office.

00:55 Mark Money received P25,000 and the documents used in the transaction.

01:01 Subdivision lots are being sold without clearances, registration and licenses.

01:10 Even real estate practitioners are not given clearances or registration coming from the PRC.

01:19 The first thing that the buyers of lots pay for is what they do to develop the project, which should not be the case.

01:29 The company has a residential farm project in Alfonso Cavite.

01:33 Several hectares have been sold and only two lots are left.

01:38 The company also has projects in Siargao, Tagaytay and other provinces.

01:43 The arrested refused to give a permit.

01:46 They are facing multiple cases.

01:49 We have charged them with violation of PD 957 and RA 9646, which is called Resa Law.
