00:00 Amazing shirt.
00:02 Sorry.
00:03 Look at Henry with his Mission mustache, huh?
00:06 I love it!
00:07 Come on.
00:08 Oh my God.
00:10 Hi, how are you, Sean?
00:16 I'm wonderful.
00:17 I love asking people this when they're in a superhero movie for the first time.
00:20 What do you remember about the first day you got to be in full costume on set?
00:25 How tight is this?
00:28 [Laughs]
00:32 This is so tight.
00:34 But also, as I was walking, you know, very tightly, I was like,
00:39 "This is a dream come true and I can't believe it."
00:44 And it's a constant shock for me, Sean.
00:48 It's a constant, like, "Whoa," you know,
00:51 how beautiful it is to have these massive dreams that people tell you that you cannot accomplish.
00:59 And alas, they exist.
01:01 You know, we can be superheroes.
01:04 And I think of that.
01:06 That suit just reminds me of that.
01:07 And honestly, I miss it.
01:09 I miss wearing it, even though it's super tight.
01:11 I miss it.
01:12 I think it's so beautiful.
01:14 And, yeah.
01:15 Do you know what this symbol stands for?
01:17 It means hope, right?
01:21 [Dramatic music]
01:22 I will help you fight thought.
01:24 You want to get nuts?
01:27 Let's get nuts.
01:30 Hi, guys. Good to see you.
01:32 Hi, Sean. We love your T-shirt, man.
01:34 Where did we get it?
01:35 Thank you very much.
01:36 Huge fan.
01:38 I'm curious, because we never got to see the two Batmans together.
01:41 Did Affleck ever come around to watch Keaton work on set?
01:45 Did you ever have the two Batmen together on the set at the same time?
01:47 They did not. We shot it in different months.
01:51 But they would love...
01:54 I'm pretty sure they would have loved to do it together.
01:57 They joked that they live on the same street in L.A.,
02:01 which is, you know, Batman Alley, I guess.
02:04 But, yeah. We didn't get the chance.
02:08 That's unfortunate.
02:09 Speaking of getting the chance,
02:10 because you guys get to play with a lot of Zack Snyder's toys,
02:13 have you had a chance to show him this movie yet at all,
02:15 as he asked to see it?
02:16 I would love Zack to watch this movie.
02:19 You know, we really...
02:22 I think we honored the part of the movie that he created
02:30 in terms of characters and characterizations and cast.
02:34 So I think he would enjoy it.
02:36 So you're saying you can travel back in time.
02:39 That proves I can fix things.
02:45 You can also destroy everything.
02:48 Hey, guys.
02:53 Hey, Batman.
02:55 Hi, Supergirl.
02:58 For 30 minutes, I sat here while prepping questions,
03:02 and I just watched you playing with your Barbie.
03:04 It's so much joy in the videos that you post
03:08 of Supergirl flying over the Batmobile.
03:10 Dude, I have her here with me.
03:12 Okay, so what's her...
03:13 I understand you have a name for her now.
03:15 Oh, well, okay.
03:17 Yesterday, I was like...
03:21 You know, my publicist was like, "Where's Supergirl?"
03:23 I'm like, "Oh, Smalls."
03:25 And he's like, "Oh, my God. That's her name. Smalls."
03:28 So one of her nicknames is Smalls.
03:32 I love it.
03:33 But I love her. I take her everywhere with me.
03:35 It's just such a joy and such a constant wow moment.
03:40 I think her cape also makes everyone turn into a child.
03:44 Everyone will grab it, and they'll go like...
03:47 And for me, that is so beautiful and honest.
03:52 So I love it. I take her everywhere.
03:54 'Cause I'm like, you know, she just brightens up.
03:56 Smalls brightens up the room.
03:58 My name is Kara.
04:00 I'm Batmary.
04:01 The degree of difficulty in having two as a performances,
04:04 I think is gonna get lost on a lot of people.
04:06 I truly forgot I'm watching the same person
04:09 give two performances.
04:10 How much of that is captured on the set,
04:12 and how much of it is in the editing?
04:14 Oh, the set, 100%.
04:16 That's what you get when you're working
04:18 with an extraordinary actor like Ezra Miller.
04:22 Challenging, of course, as you said, but a lot of fun.
04:26 And for an actor, it's a great...
04:29 It's an extra fun challenge,
04:32 and not many people can do it, I think.
04:34 And Ezra did an incredible job.
04:37 Their comedic timing is better than two other actors.
04:41 Well, that's one of the things that I discovered
04:43 when we started working with Ezra.
04:45 I realized that they are not just an extraordinary actor,
04:48 but an exceptional comedian.
04:50 Their capacity, what I will say about Ezra,
04:52 their capacity to...
04:54 Because we would shoot the main scene
04:57 with them playing one side,
04:59 and then months later, we'd come back
05:01 for him to play the next side.
05:03 And it was all in his head.
05:06 His ability to maintain that timing,
05:09 the tone, months later, just genius.
05:13 I mean, we were very fortunate to have Ed Wade with us,
05:18 who was Ezra's body double.
05:21 I love Ed Wade.
05:22 It sucks, obviously, because he was there
05:24 the same amount of hours as Ezra,
05:26 with Ezra all the time.
05:28 And this is me sending a hug and a kiss to Ed Wade
05:31 because he really was there for us.
05:34 But yes, it was also double the work for Ezra.
05:37 There was a lot of costume switches.
05:40 Ed and Ezra constantly had to switch
05:44 to get those shots in every location.
05:48 But we have an incredible director.
05:51 Everybody was giving their all.
05:53 And yeah, it was just--
05:56 When you make a movie with love,
05:58 you hope that it turns out the best.
06:01 And it's a new technology as well.
06:04 So props to visual effects and everybody who did that.
06:09 I think it's a really, really cool thing,
06:13 that technology and how it was done.
06:16 Yeah, I hope that people enjoy it.
06:19 Is that a--
06:20 - I'm going to be there opening night with fans.
06:22 I cannot wait for you to do this.
06:23 - Yes, with your Stache shirt?
06:25 - My Stache shirt, yes.
06:27 - You know what would be funny?
06:28 If we had one of me with a Stache,
06:30 even though I can't grow one,
06:31 but I think it would be funny.
06:34 - I will make that.
06:35 I will get that made.
06:36 - I think it would be funny.
06:37 - And I'll make two of them.
06:38 One for me and one for you.
06:39 - Can you send--
06:40 You can send me one?
06:41 (laughing)
06:42 - If you give me your information--
06:43 Get your people to get your information to me,
06:44 and I will make it.
06:45 - All right, I'll get my people to get your people.
06:47 - Please. - And we'll do this.
06:49 Thank you so much for being here with me.
06:50 - I will make this for you.
06:51 - Of course, no problem.
06:52 Take care. - Bye.
