00:18 Your Excellency, the 71st of the Nigerian and American delegations present.
00:28 Of the last one hour, His Excellency President Bona.
00:33 On security, which we also discussed at some length,
00:37 the United States is determined to be and remain a strong security partner for Nigeria.
00:44 I want to extend the condolences of the American people to all Nigerians
00:49 who were affected by the horrific attacks over the Christmas weekend.
00:53 We mourn their loss and all killed in recent attacks,
00:58 including, by the way, staff from our United States mission,
01:02 locally employed staff and four police officers who were killed in Anambra last May.
01:07 As I told the President and the Foreign Minister,

02:13 And with regard to Gaza, we've been very clear.
02:17 Our opposition to the forced displacement of people,
02:21 we've been very clear about maintaining in effect the territorial integrity of Gaza,
02:29 which is what you've alluded to, and a number of other critical principles,
02:34 including Palestinian governance of Gaza, reunified with the West Bank, et cetera.
02:42 The issue of Gaza is one that President Tinubu brought up during the course of the discussions
02:49 and it was deliberated upon. It was discussed extensively.
02:55 The approach here is to focus on the commonalities.
03:05 So one thing we have in common, a common denominator between the U.S. and Nigeria,
03:11 is the fact that we both agree that the way forward is the two-state solution.
03:17 ...one press corps each to the next. And I will begin by...
03:22 ...Secretary Lee King. Can I just say that you...
