00:00 I cannot keep shit to myself.
00:01 So imagine how much it pains me not to be able to tell you beautiful people
00:05 that for over 30 years, I've been in a very strange food related 12 step program
00:12 called "Over Eater Synonymous."
00:15 What?
00:16 A white woman was bulimic?
00:18 How did it...
00:19 [laughter]
00:22 [laughter and applause]
00:38 I'm sorry, I lost interest in my own narrative.
00:44 [laughter]
00:51 I've been in a money related 12 step program for about 25 years
00:54 because I wasn't sure, still not completely clear on how to have and keep a job.
01:00 Even today I had to double check with the producer.
01:03 So it's right at that moment, "Okay, you guys need me."
01:07 And so then when I get there, then I gotta stay.
01:11 [laughter]
01:13 What have Mama Feels done?
01:15 [laughter]
01:17 I've arrived late and left early for my own television performances.
01:22 [laughter]
01:24 I was also briefly in Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous
01:27 because I had a lot of compulsive one night stands in the late 90s.
01:32 Freeway entrance ramp motels.
01:35 Red roof and the door doesn't lock everybody in.
01:39 [laughter]
01:41 So gross.
01:42 You know, these groups have been so helpful to me.
01:44 I mean, yeah, they're crappy, amateur, not great.
01:49 But they helped.
01:51 Free groups.
01:54 I'd love to tell you which groups I attend, but, you know, secret society.
01:59 I cannot. I cannot.
