after that a local land owner contacted law enforcement after witnessing strange lights in the woods
the photo then was reportedly collected by a police officer who contacted the media
its suspected it might have been a fairy-spirit or angel - especially the fairy-like wand and insect-like wings point in the direction of a (ghost) fairy.
