Tomato and serrano ham toast - the perfect spanish tapas

For a super simple, quick and no-bake meal, we always go for toast!
Today, we are preparing a version with delicious Spanish flavors, inspired by the famous "pan con tomate", the famous tapas made from toasted bread, with grated garlic and tomatoes and obviously a drizzle of olive oil. And for even more deliciousness, we decided to add Serrano ham, but you can absolutely vary them to your taste :-)
Ingredients:
- 6 bread slices
- 1/2 garlic clove
- salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tomato
- 6 Serrano ham slices (+/-)
