00:56 What is the best thing that y'all got cooking up?

00:59 Grill, you got the snacks. What's the go-to?

01:08 What do you need to see from the Jets as we close out the season?

01:12 We got a few games left. What do you want to see from this team?

02:02 You know, we didn't get football games on Christmas Eve.

02:04 Santa's got to show up, too. Come on.

02:06 Are you bringing the Christmas spirit more to Washington or more to New York?

02:12 We are--Santa's a Richmond, Virginia implant today,

02:15 but he's going to rock the Jets gear because we're in New York, New Jersey.

02:19 Would Santa rather be rocking the Washington gear?

02:24 But he's got the Jets today, so that's neither here nor there.

02:26 Okay, I can respect that. Surrounded by a bunch of Jets fans saying the right thing.

02:31 What has been the best part of your holiday season so far, Santa?

02:35 You can pull that down a little bit. It's getting hot.

02:39 Family and friends. Family and friends is what it's all about.

02:43 Yeah, we came to see a football game, but we got Santa in the building.

02:47 That's more important. Bring a holiday cheer everywhere. Let's go.

02:51 The Jets energy is still here today. We were over there earlier.

02:55 So I got to ask you guys. I'm going to start with you.

02:58 Top thing that you bring to every tailgate?

03:02 This truck.

03:04 Tell me about the truck. What's the origin story? What made you go get it?

03:08 This is the third truck. We had an original truck back from 1972 that had no power steering and no power brakes.

03:15 So it would slide behind the wheel and die.

03:19 Then we got another truck that was like a 1987. This one is brand new.

03:24 And I'll tell you the funny story because my wife's not here.

03:27 She wanted me to give up my Jets tickets. I went out and bought a brand new truck.

03:32 So basically you tell all young husbands, do what you want and your wife will understand?

03:37 When it comes to the Jets games.

03:40 What made you such a diehard Jets fan? How did it start?

03:45 I'm 71 years old. That's all I've learned is being a Jets sufferer and a Mets sufferer.

03:51 That's all I can do is suffer. It's better than going to church, my friend.

03:56 This is legendary because I go to work with two Jets fans and every week we watch the games.

04:02 He starts off with, "I don't care. We're going to lose."

04:05 And then he gets right in the game and he's going nuts.

04:07 And he says, "This is what it feels like to be a Jets fan."

04:10 So hopefully today, hold on, now as a Jets fan, do you want the team to win?

04:16 Or would you rather them lose and get a higher draft pick?

04:20 Depends on how much Irish whiskey I drink today.

04:24 I like that answer. Week 18, Jets Patriots.

04:28 Give them a J-E-T everybody.

04:30 J-E-T, that's Jets, Jets, Jets!

04:34 So are we excited to see Zach Wilson today?

04:37 He's not starting. I thought Simeon was starting.

04:39 You're right. Trevor Simeon is starting. The Jets fan's always on it.

04:44 What's the feeling going with Trevor Simeon?

04:46 Veteran quarterback, playing in a bunch of different systems, got in a little bit a few weeks ago.

04:51 How are we feeling?

04:52 I'm nervous regardless. I wish him the best and I hope for the best. That's all you can do.

04:57 But, you know, like I said, hope for the best.

05:01 He's played the game before. He's got the record and stuff.

05:04 He's started before, so hopefully he can bring that over and we can get something going.

05:08 When in doubt, always wear a Jets defensive jersey?

05:11 Of course. You can never go wrong with a defensive player here.

05:15 Favorite defensive player on the team? Is it Quentin Williams or is it somebody else you just like to not find?

05:20 I like Quentin. He rocks, man. Big Q.

05:23 Big Q. Always plays these hard. Can't ask for more than that.

05:28 I love seeing him and Quincy. Every time I see them at a game, I tell them I'm all for brothers playing football.

05:33 Me and my twin brother got to do it, so it's a lot of fun watching them.

05:37 Especially on the same team, too. That's unheard of.

05:40 The next step is they're going to win some games.

05:42 They need to get some Pro Bowls. They need to get the Pro Bowls, both of them, and then just start saying, win some games.

05:46 Start building the offensive line.

05:48 I think they get that Pro Bowl this year. They both deserve to be in the Pro Bowls.

05:51 Quincy's killing it. He's playing one of the best linebackers in the league.

05:54 Coverage, inside the box, everything.

05:56 Hold on. We've got a young Jets fan here. What do you love most about the Jets?

06:01 That even though they have terrible offense, they always come back with their defense.

06:06 And being a young fan, you know, I got to watch some defense.

06:13 You've been watching for years. Who's your favorite defensive player?

06:18 Probably Sauce because when he's covering Tiger Killer, something like that, he knocks it out of the end.

06:26 So, he helps us get the ball to the floor and stuff like that.

06:29 I also like Quincy. I like to go boom.

06:35 Stuff like that. I like that.

06:38 I love it. So, I'm going to tell your parents for Christmas to hook you up with those Sauce Diamond Chain.

07:52 The BMW, they crushed everything. The look of the inside.

07:55 Like I said earlier, it makes you feel like you're in a spaceship.

07:58 It just makes you feel like you're about to take on the ultimate challenge.
