00:16 In the Quran, what we read is for us to clean and perfect our understanding of Allah SWT.
00:25 Why is this knowledge important? This is the topic of our discussion in this episode.
00:32 [Music]
00:35 [Music]
00:56 Say, "Do you worship other than Allah, which has no power to harm you or benefit you?
01:20 And Allah is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing."
01:31 [Arabic]
01:46 How are you ladies and gentlemen? We meet again in My Quran Time.
01:50 Quran Salat Imfak today.
01:52 Together we look at verses 75 and 76 of Surah Al-Ma'idah, page 120.
01:59 Together we read and see what is the message from Allah SWT as a source of guidance to us.
02:07 And today we will read together with Fadhil Ustaz Firmizi Ali.
02:12 How are you Ustaz?
02:13 Alhamdulillah. How are you?
02:14 Alhamdulillah.
02:15 Today we will read two more verses from the previous episode.
02:19 Related to, if you want to repent, you should repent to Allah.
02:23 No need to use mediators, second person, third person, like the Christians.
02:31 So Allah reminds us of this before and today we will continue this topic.
02:36 Let us together pray to Allah SWT.
02:39 Allah gives knowledge, full of wisdom to us.
02:42 [Arabic]
02:50 Let us see what the summary of these two verses is.
02:53 In verse 75, the true story of Jesus Christ.
03:02 And in verse 76, the warning to the disbelievers that are deviating from the truth.
03:09 Today we read together these two verses in the leadership of Fadhil Ustaz Firmizi Ali.
03:14 Alhamdulillah. Thank you Fadhil Ustaz Firmizi Ali.
03:17 Viewers, friends and all those who are watching.
03:19 Alhamdulillah.
03:20 Grateful to Allah SWT at this time.
03:23 We can continue our day together with the Qur'an.
03:28 Hopefully Allah SWT will make our matter easier.
03:32 And hopefully the blessings will flow in our whole life and time.
03:39 We will focus on these two verses that we will learn together.
03:43 Read, listen and also hear the explanation of this verse.
03:49 Hopefully we can hold on to the message from Allah SWT.
03:55 Let us read together from verse 75 and 76.
04:03 Alhamdulillah. Thank you.
04:07 In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
04:17 [Quran 75:76]
04:44 [Quran 75:76]
04:54 [Quran 75:76]
05:19 [Quran 75:76]
05:48 [Quran 75:76]
05:53 [Quran 75:76]
06:22 [Quran 75:76]
06:25 [Quran 75:76]
06:27 We have read from verse 75 and 76 together.
06:33 Where before this, in verse 74, Allah reminds us,
06:37 [Quran 75:74]
06:41 "Do they not repent to Allah, and Allah is the One who forgives them."
06:47 Allah tells us that there is no need for intercession in our lives
06:52 to ask for forgiveness and repent from the mistakes that we have committed.
06:59 This is one of the beliefs in the Christian religion
07:03 where they feel a lot of sin, so they need intercession.
07:09 Prophet Isa Ibn Maryam, they call him Jesus,
07:13 as a savior.
07:16 When Prophet Isa was believed, they were forgiven.
07:21 But there is still another group in the Christian religion
07:24 that does what is called atonement.
07:26 Meaning, they pay their father.
07:28 This is a commercial, right?
07:30 A scam in the Christian religion.
07:32 Where if they want to be forgiven, they go to see their father at work or wherever.
07:37 They pay, and later their father will tell God
07:42 that this is their sin, because they are dirty,
07:46 they are not worthy to speak directly to God.
07:48 So this is not an understanding in our religion.
07:51 That is why in verse 74, we learn,
07:53 [Quran 74:74]
07:57 "Do they not repent to Allah, and Allah is the One who forgives them."
08:03 In verse 75, Allah brings the truth,
08:07 what is believed by the Christians,
08:10 as a guidance to us too.
08:12 [Quran 74 verse 74]
08:18 Prophet Isa, Prophet Isa Ibn Maryam, is nothing but a messenger,
08:22 who is like the previous messengers,
08:25 and his mother is Siddur.
08:28 So there are two important things in this verse.
08:30 One, Prophet Isa is a messenger.
08:32 Just like the previous messengers,
08:35 they eat, drink, and are ordinary people.
08:38 And why is the mother of Prophet Isa called Al-Masih Ibn Maryam?
08:43 Because she is indeed born from the womb of his mother,
08:46 and she has no father.
08:48 And here, before this, we have already learned
08:51 that this is one of the greatnesses of Allah's power.
08:55 Meaning, Allah can make a person without a father,
08:58 without a mother and father, just like Prophet Adam.
09:01 If the Christians want to raise Prophet Isa,
09:04 they should raise Prophet Adam even more,
09:07 because they don't have a father or mother.
09:10 But Prophet Adam appears.
09:13 And if we want to talk about the womb, it's the same.
09:16 It doesn't appear from a father or mother,
09:19 but actually from Prophet Adam himself.
09:23 So here, we see that the great role
09:27 of understanding and uniting Allah SWT
09:31 and at the same time,
09:33 one of the slander that has been done by the Jews,
09:36 this is the one who hates it,
09:38 who loves to raise Prophet Isa as their God,
09:41 who hates to say that Prophet Isa is an illegitimate child.
09:44 Because he said that his mother did something,
09:47 and she got an illegitimate child, and she has no father.
09:49 Whereas Allah said, "Wa-ummuhu siddiquh"
09:53 He is not a prophet, but a person who is "siddiqun",
09:56 that is, a person who is honest, true in his worship to Allah,
10:01 a good person, and his mother is the one who actually gave birth to Prophet Isa
10:06 with the power from Allah SWT.
10:09 What we learn from this matter?
10:11 Don't love him too much, don't hate him too much.
10:14 There are people who love Prophet Muhammad SAW very much.
10:17 Okay, love the Prophet, but love him too much,
10:19 put the Prophet who can solve his life problem.
10:22 We have to take care of that.
10:24 Don't say that Prophet Muhammad or the scholars or Ustaz that we admire so much,
10:30 they said that he is the source of intercession.
10:33 Whereas actually intercession is mainly from Allah,
10:37 the source of blessings is from the righteous people.
10:40 No, the blessings come from Allah.
10:43 So, the way of thinking needs to be cleaned,
10:47 and be careful.
10:48 It leads to extremism in religion,
10:51 and one of them is to create the Christian religion itself.
10:55 We take a break now,
10:56 we will be back again in my Quran Time.
10:58 Allah is the Greatest.

14:35 We are in Quran Time, Quran Salat Infah.
14:37 We are together looking at the verses 75 and 76
14:40 to strengthen our faith,
14:43 to strengthen our Tawheed to Allah.
14:45 And we know that
14:47 when there is an unpure and unclean belief,
14:51 the effect will destroy us.
14:54 Because Shirk is a great injustice.
14:57 It has been stated in the 72nd verse.
15:00 Shirk is related to
15:02 "Li Zalimin"
15:03 Those who are cruel,
15:05 who darken their lives,
15:07 who bring stress in their lives.
15:10 Because when we learn Tawheed,
15:13 we learn the faith,
15:14 not only the knowledge of Tawheed,
15:16 the faith related to Allah,
15:18 but we know that we interact with Allah,
15:21 the most perfect Allah,
15:22 who will help us,
15:23 who will help us in whatever problem,
15:27 because we are not easily stressed
15:29 when we face a challenge.
15:32 Compared to Christians,
15:35 who have a reverse view
15:39 about Allah.
15:40 This is recorded in the 75th verse
15:42 as a lesson.
15:43 Let's read it again
15:45 to understand more
15:47 how Allah's guidance
15:50 for them
15:51 so that it can be explained
15:54 and returned to the correct teaching.
15:57 Verse 75, with Ushaatil Mizi.
15:59 Let's read it.
16:02 What is the Messiah,
16:05 but a Messenger,
16:08 except a Messenger
16:13 who has passed away
16:16 before him.
16:20 The Messengers and his uncle
16:25 are truthful.
16:29 They used to eat.
16:52 See how We make clear to them the signs,
17:03 then see how they are led astray.
17:16 May Allah bless you.
17:17 May Allah bless you.
17:18 We have read the 75th verse,
17:20 followed by
17:22 "Wa-ummuhu siddiqah"
17:24 which means his mother, Maryam,
17:26 the mother of Prophet Isa,
17:27 is truthful,
17:29 righteous among the truthful.
17:32 Not a Prophet.
17:33 Some people say Maryam is a Prophet.
17:35 But she is not a Prophet.
17:36 She is a truthful.
17:38 "Siddiqah" here.
17:39 More than that,
17:40 she is truthful
17:41 and does not do things
17:43 that are against
17:45 what Allah has ordained.
17:48 What is ordained by the Jews,
17:50 which is hate.
17:51 A group that hates,
17:52 a group that loves
17:54 Prophet Isa ibn Maryam.
17:57 What is the nature of Prophet Isa
17:59 and his mother,
18:01 "Wa-ummuhu siddiqah"
18:03 "Kaana yakulani ta'am"
18:05 which means they both eat.
18:07 "Yakulani ta'am"
18:09 What is the importance?
18:11 This is to explain.
18:12 If someone says that
18:13 this is special,
18:16 impossible that Prophet Isa
18:18 was born without a father.
18:20 If they are so pure,
18:22 so perfect,
18:23 Prophet Isa,
18:24 he must have eaten.
18:25 When we say he ate,
18:27 it is confirmed.
18:28 Even the angels did not eat.
18:30 Even the angels did not eat.
18:31 Prophet Isa,
18:32 his mother also ate.
18:34 So if he ate,
18:36 it is known that
18:37 he was not an angel
18:38 and not God.
18:40 And if we talk about eating,
18:41 what do we do to eat?
18:42 To get energy.
18:43 And that energy
18:44 symbolizes weakness.
18:46 If God is weak,
18:47 it is impossible.
18:49 It is impossible
18:50 that God's attributes
18:52 require energy,
18:54 need food,
18:55 and if he eats,
18:56 he must drink.
18:57 He drank,
18:58 ate a lot,
18:59 and went to the toilet.
19:00 So his attributes are
19:01 very bad.
19:02 So when we talk about this,
19:04 we know that
19:05 Mary or Maryam
19:07 is not,
19:08 if they understand,
19:09 the Trinity,
19:10 which is stated in verse 73,
19:12 God the Father,
19:14 Prophet Isa,
19:15 and Maryam,
19:16 some say Holy Ghost,
19:17 Jibril,
19:18 and so on.
19:19 They are mixed
19:20 according to their own
19:21 work opinions.
19:23 So Allah said,
19:24 he ate.
19:25 If he ate,
19:26 it is known,
19:27 it is confirmed.
19:28 And if anyone
19:29 does not believe
19:30 that Prophet Isa ate,
19:31 he must go back
19:32 and refer to history,
19:33 did Prophet Isa eat?
19:36 That's all.
19:37 The argument is simple,
19:39 but it is intended
19:41 to cleanse and deny
19:43 the understanding
19:44 in this Christian religion.
19:46 So when these arguments
19:47 are brought,
19:48 Allah states at the end of verse 75,
19:50 "Observe how We explain to them
19:52 the verse."
19:54 Observe how We explain
19:56 Our proofs.
19:59 Then observe
20:00 how they still
20:02 oppose or oppose.
20:06 So at the end of this verse,
20:08 actually,
20:09 a reminder to us
20:10 who read the Quran,
20:12 or if we are
20:13 giving a lecture
20:14 or educating
20:15 parents,
20:16 teachers,
20:17 or lecturers,
20:18 we must learn
20:19 the skill of
20:20 one,
20:21 the Hujjah,
20:22 "Nubayinu lakumul ayat"
20:24 The second,
20:25 observe how people respond.
20:26 Sometimes,
20:27 there are people
20:28 who say,
20:29 "This is great,
20:30 but I am not interested."
20:32 If you are not interested,
20:33 we must see
20:34 one,
20:35 how we convey,
20:37 the second,
20:38 observe the Hujjah.
20:39 Is the Hujjah
20:40 that people say,
20:41 "We must worship
20:42 Prophet Isa
20:43 because he is
20:44 very holy,
20:45 because he
20:46 eats or not?"
20:48 He eats.
20:49 People,
20:50 at the end,
20:51 "Let's just be quiet."
20:52 It is not interesting
20:53 because the idea
20:54 that is conveyed,
20:55 the Hujjah that is conveyed,
20:56 is a Hujjah
20:57 that is
20:58 disjointed,
20:59 that is not true,
21:00 and that is
21:01 what causes
21:02 the opposition.
21:03 But there are people
21:04 who do not want
21:05 that truth,
21:06 like the people
21:07 who read the Quran.
21:08 Like the Christians.
21:09 Why?
21:10 Because they
21:11 follow
21:12 their desires,
21:13 not
21:14 following
21:15 the desires
21:16 or the satisfaction
21:17 or pleasure
21:18 of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala
21:19 who brings
21:20 the Hujjah
21:21 in the Quran,
21:22 in the Torah,
21:23 in the Bible
21:24 itself.
21:25 So, this study
21:26 must be done
21:27 for us
21:28 to both
21:29 convey the message
21:31 in the best way.
21:32 But at the same time,
21:33 we must know
21:34 that there is
21:35 a group of people.
21:36 This group of people
21:37 is really
21:38 I don't want to hear.
21:39 Right?
21:40 Whatever,
21:41 whatever is conveyed,
21:42 they don't want to hear.
21:43 I am right.
21:44 I already know.
21:45 I am me.
21:46 So, people like this
21:47 actually
21:48 take,
21:49 repeat
21:50 what is
21:51 done
21:52 by the devil
21:53 in Surah Al-Baqarah
21:54 that we have met,
21:55 that is
21:56 the important thing is me.
21:57 I am more noble.
21:58 I am better.
21:59 And this
22:00 as a lesson
22:01 for us,
22:02 don't reach
22:03 because
22:04 I am me,
22:05 we are different
22:06 from the truth
22:07 even though
22:08 it comes from
22:09 a small child
22:10 or from
22:11 people
22:12 that we may not
22:13 like.
22:14 Bringing to the word of choice
22:15 today,
22:16 let's see.
22:17 The word is
22:18 "Qad khalat
22:19 min qabalihi rusul"
22:21 We focus on
22:22 the word "khalat"
22:23 from the word "khala"
22:24 which is something
22:25 that has
22:26 happened.
22:27 28 times
22:28 it is mentioned
22:29 in the Quran
22:30 appears in
22:31 Surah Al-Baqarah,
22:32 Surah Al-Imran
22:33 and Surah Ar-Raq.
22:34 As
22:35 a
22:36 statement
22:37 in our
22:38 life,
22:39 we need to
22:40 refer to
22:41 history.
22:42 So,
22:43 if someone
22:44 says
22:45 "No,
22:46 Prophet Isa
22:47 is indeed
22:48 God.
22:49 Please look
22:50 at the
22:51 prophets
22:52 before this.
22:53 Did they
22:54 not eat?
22:55 Did they
22:56 want to be
22:57 worshipped?
22:58 And if
22:59 the prophet
23:00 and prophet
23:01 really
23:02 look at
23:03 Prophet Isa,
23:04 then
23:05 when Allah
23:06 teaches us
23:07 to think
23:08 about the
23:09 past
23:10 it is
23:11 to make
23:12 sure we
23:13 think
23:14 and argue
23:15 and believe
23:16 in the
23:17 right things
23:18 from Allah
23:19 Subhanahu wa ta'ala.
23:20 We will continue
23:21 after this
23:22 in Quran Time,
23:23 Quran Salah.
