00:04 And I've been lucky enough to work closely with Jeff. I worked directly for Jeff for

00:07 20 years. So I feel like I learned from somebody who's arguably the most unusual business leader

00:15 of our era. So I'm lucky that way. But I do think that every era of business leadership,

00:21 I think everybody knows this in this room, is different. When I started the job,

00:26 nobody really predicted that the pandemic would last that long and Omicron would come and the

00:31 war in Ukraine would come and the inflation. I mean, there's lots of things that happen

00:37 throughout and you have to just keep adjusting. And that's what we've tried to do as a team.
