00:07 it tends to be those who've been employed for some time, who've, if you, I
00:12 think the word was you, institutionalised, where they don't behave in the
00:16 appropriate manner and things that might have been, could we call it, I suspect
00:19 because most of the offenders were blokes, what you would call the laddish
00:23 culture of 20, 30 years ago is no longer acceptable and quite rightly so. It is
00:27 not acceptable and there are cases there involving people who've been serving in
00:32 the constabulary for some time. That apparently is where the increase was.
00:35 Well it's extremely disappointing that anybody in a position of authority
00:39 think they can behave like that to any work colleague, wherever. It's not
00:42 acceptable and it needs to be stamped out.
