00:02 Na'imah Khalid, wife of former Finance Minister, Daim Zanuddin, will be sued in court tomorrow.
00:09 According to the FMT, she will be sued under Section 36 of the Malaysian Law of Procedure
00:18 for failing to comply with the notice from the agency.
00:22 If she is found guilty, she can be sentenced to 5 years in prison and a maximum sentence of RM100,000.
00:30 Former State Attorney Yusuf Zainal Abidin will represent Na'imah.
00:35 Daim is being investigated by the SPRM based on the Pandora's Paper information
00:40 which links several Malaysian shops with the Chuka Persisi protection area.
