A business in Perth's south is flourishing by providing employment to the disadvantaged and raising money for aid organisations in conflict zones including Ukraine and Gaza. It's part of a push for businesses to focus on doing good and delivering outcomes for the community, rather than shareholders.

01:03 and support and a feeling of self-worth and being valued for what they bring to the job.

01:17 When I started working here, from that time until now, I am financially very strong.
01:25 So before that I don't have finances, I don't have savings.

01:41 Growing up in Romania, Chris says she understands oppression and that influenced who she's become.
01:47 Food brings people together anyway and when you put a purpose to the food, it brings people
