00:00 From a coaching perspective, obviously, things never stay the same.
00:05 I'm appreciative of this collective and what they were willing to do,
00:09 all while understanding that there will be changes.
00:12 I think those of us that are in this business understand that.
00:16 I will thoughtfully and intentionally go about that,
00:19 just really at the emphasis of that as well,
00:24 in terms of gathering information about outside candidates and what the process
00:28 of interviewing looks like in 2024, particularly from a coordinator
00:32 perspective, and some procedural things that you got to go through
00:35 in an effort to be in compliance with New York.
00:39 We'll respect those things and go about those things appropriately.
00:43 Mike, do you foresee either Eddie or Mike Sullivan being candidates for the
00:49 office of the Premier of the County? Not at this juncture, man. I'm
00:53 looking at outside candidates and lining up the packing order.
00:58 I am appreciative of their efforts in terms of what they did for us
01:02 down the stretch, but I'm looking at outside candidates
01:07 at this juncture. I want us to be versatile and dynamic. Obviously, we got to score
01:11 more points. I want to be able to keep defenses off
01:14 balance. I want to utilize all the talent that we have at our disposal.
01:18 I'm excited about this process and the talent pool out there
01:22 based on what I've seen thus far. I'm really open to kind of learning through
01:26 this process, man, and seeing what people have to say about their
01:30 visions. So, I certainly have a vision of what it
01:34 looks like. I'm certainly open to learning through this process.
01:38 Mike, you've gone in-house for the last couple of four-year hires. Why go outside this time?
01:43 I just feel it's appropriate.
